1 thing B2B service providers need to get more clients

People were selling goods and services before any of us were born. They were doing it in several ways and places.

Without AI (sorry, couldn’t resist).

How? Well, they mostly crafted solutions to specific problems.

“Your shoes are dirty, I’ll clean them for $5”.

After the solution was built, they had to find enough people with dirty shoes.

So at first, they created an offer (shoe cleaning) and secondly, they were looking for people.

What’s funny is that today most of the service providers reverse the steps.

First, they look for a lot of people (content, ads, emails, etc) and second, they try to sell them something.

Do you realize how wrong and yet funny this is?

And sorry, but things like:

“We supercharge your website” or “We make the intangible tangible” doesn’t count.

That’s because nobody wants to supercharge their website. But everyone wants to have their dirty shoes cleaned.

See the difference?

This is the most crucial thing you need in your business if you want to get more clients.

An offer people really want.

“But Sergiu, people want different things”.

Sometimes it’s true, but no matter what the things are, they still want it with a reason.

That reason makes them give you their money. So yes, you need to know it.

And after you know it, create your Offering System.

Because yes, things evolved, people buy B2B services differently and one offer isn’t enough.

Something like this:

1 → I’ll clean your shoes for $5.

2 → I’ll clean your shoes and apply protection for $10.

3 → I’ll clean your shoes and all your clothes for $25.

No. 1 makes people increase their trust level and spend money with you.

No. 2 becomes easily sold because people already trust you.

No. 3 lets you increase revenue for people with more needs.

This is a stupid simple example of an Offering System and its power.

If you have one in your business, you’ll manage to get more leads because people say “YES” easier and faster.

This means you’ll sell your main offer more because people trust you. And even make more money from the ones with more needs.

See how simple things can be with a proper strategy? It’s just us who complicate everything.
