3 tactics we used to help an agency sign 5 clients in 7 weeks

1. Personal branding + social selling (on LinkedIn)

We decided to narrow down and focus only on some specific markets, with a high potential.

This means we had to adjust the content strategy and the way sales activities are done.

It seems the plan was good because the client signed 2 new clients (at a higher AOV) in 3 weeks.

2. In-person meetings

Underrated tactic, because it’s one of the easiest ways to get customers, fast.

Using the same LinkedIn we reached out to potential clients from specific markets.

This is how we secured in-person meetings that converted into clients (2) in 4 weeks.

3. Dream 100 strategy

Probably you saw this term over and over on my profile but you did it with a reason.

We built a list of the agency’s dream 100 clients, and then we crafted a campaign concept.

After strategically engaging with them we managed to sign 1 customer after 2 weeks.

No fancy tactics, no AI, no nothing. Just basic stuff, doing it in the right way.

Disclaimer:

These tactics wouldn’t work without… a proper growth strategy.

So don’t try to replicate the tactics if you’re missing the strategy.

You might just waste time, money, and energy.
