What does clarity means in strategy?
While getting closer to the launch of Demand Hive’s website, I asked some of my clients for testimonials.
I smiled when I got 2 almost at the same time starting with the same words:
“Sergiu gave us clarity on what we have to do and on what to focus on in the future.”

“Sergiu helped me gain the clarity I needed to grow my online business in a healthy manner.”

The keyword in both of them is clarity. But what does this clarity even mean in strategy?
Well… I bet you faced this situation at some time in your journey
Doing something that you are not sure it’s working properly or it’s not working at all, and questioning yourself why is this happening.
Maybe the problem is X? It costs us money, should we keep doing it? Are we getting the most from {Activity X}?
Not sure if you paid attention back then, but…Those questions were slowing you down in one way or another.
Truth is… for some activities in business life, clarity is just important,
not crucial.
But when it’s about growth, marketing, or sales… clarity becomes crucial.
That’s because you never have to worry about similar questions again and nothing is slowing you down.
This is what clarity means for strategy.
