4 ways to incorporate founder-led growth in your growth strategy

I analyze monthly tens of B2B companies. Most of them are missing 1 crucial growth approach:

The Founder-Led Growth.

For any company, the founder is the “most unique unfair advantage” they ever had. Everything else can be copied, except this.

At Demand Hive, we’re constantly suggesting to our clients that in one way or another, they should adopt this growth model too.

And guess what? That’s how they sign $5,000 deals in 30 minutes, get invited to podcasts, and many more.

But this is only what they see at a surface level. In reality, the founder-led growth approach contributes massively to decreasing the sales cycles.

That’s why I decided to show you 4 ways you can incorporate a founder-led model into your overall growth strategy:

1. LinkedIn personal branding

I know it requires some effort, mostly at the beginning, but if executed right it contributes a lot to your growth.

It gives you the possibility to build trust and establish credibility with potential customers, almost at scale.

2. Newsletter

Similar to LinkedIn personal branding, it might seem hard when you start it, but after a couple of months, it wins you back time.

Using a newsletter you’re able to nurture potential customers and serve them with long-form content (which is much needed during the buying journey).

3. Online & offline events

I think it’s one of the most underrated “growth tactics” that ever existed, and the effort is pretty low.

We had clients signing deals worth $50,000 just by participating to a single event and interacting with the right people.

4. Partnerships

If I learned something in the last 2 years, it’s that your network can accelerate your business growth almost overnight.

As an example, 1 of our clients at Demand Hive makes almost $60,000/year thanks to the strategic partnerships they made.

All of these bring results, no matter how big or small the company is.

So why wouldn’t you consider these for your business too?
